I don’t know if I have a sugar addiction, but I definitely have a sweet tooth! I eat a ton of fruit to satisfy it, and I love the tip about adding protein!

That’s a great tip about adding protein, isn’t it?
A tip of ours: making sure the sugar you do eat has some value, like blueberries or goji berries, which are loaded with antioxidants.
