    Thanks for the update on Kripalu! I spent a weekend there several years ago, and while I found the program fantastic, the facilities were rather grim. As one who considers ambience part of a nurturing experience, I haven’t been back since. It’s nice to know things have changed. I’ll check out their schedule, and maybe head to Lennox for a weekend.

    Excellent. I think you will find the Annex really comfortable, and the food is absolutely delicious. But the whirlpool & sauna are probably just as grim as you remember!
