Essentially he suggests that one can find enlightenment quickly. This is completely at odds with traditional dharma and Zen teachings. Just as psychotherapy and psychoanalysis take long periods because it takes that long to find one&#039;s mind, so too in Buddhism. Seeking the nature of our minds is not something that can happen quickly.
