How healthy is your workplace?

Next Wednesday, May 19th, is National Employee Health and Fitness Day. That means the inevitable lame health fair will pop up in your office lobby with a flurry of brochures and the free blood pressure screening. Yawn.

We’re curious, what, if anything, does your workplace do to promote wellness? When we worked at Random House in the late 1990′s they used to offer lunchtime yoga classes taught by a YogaWorks instructor named Al, whose hotness turned more than one young editorial assistant onto yoga.

Does your workplace have an on-site gym? Do they subsidize gym and yoga memberships? Is there an employee wellness center? Maybe a juice bar in addition to a coffee bar?

Please tell us how health-promoting your workplace is in the comments section below. Thanks!
