Good Escapes
Wellness Weekend: The Berkshires
The Berkshires gets kudos for its cultural offerings in summer: Tanglewood concerts series, Williamstown Theatre Festival, and MassMoCA. But the gorgeous Western Massachusetts region has a healthy side—excellent yoga, healers, spas, and restaurants with deliciously locally sourced cuisine.
“Healthy living is the foundation of this beautiful region,” says Jane Iredale, the mineral make-up pioneer who created her eponymous line of skincare makeup. Iredale lives in Great Barrington, and shares her picks for a Wellness Weekend in the Berkshires.
