Yoga for Runners: Well+Good, YogaWorks, and JackRabbit Sports team up to help your hamstrings

Senior YogaWorks instructor, and former marathoner, Elizabeth Neuse

Attention marathoners and runners of all distances: Please join us Saturday, November 13th (that’s six days after the NYC Marathon!) for a FREE morning yoga class specifically targeted to runners’ concerns.

Former marathoner, and senior YogaWorks instructor, Elizabeth Neuse, who will be teaching the class, says, “A regular yoga practice is a fantastic adjunct to running, because yoga greatly improves flexibility, strength, posture, breath capacity and mental concentration—everything runners needs to improve their competitive edge and stay injury-free.”

When:  Saturday, November 13th at 8:30 a.m. (before the store opens!) After the one-hour yoga practice, please stick around for samples of ZenSoy soymilk and Evolve Kefir.

Where: JackRabbit Sports, 42 West 14th Street (between 5th and 6th Avenues), 212-727-2980

RSVP: We have limited space for this class. Reserve now by e-mailing [email protected]. And note, this is a bring-your-own-yoga mat event! Thanks.
