Wanna try Yoga Barre Flow? Win a spot for you and a friend

Yoga Barre Flow creator Alanna Zabel

Popular Los Angeles fitness guru Alanna Zabel will be teaching two yoga-meets-barre workshops at Pure Yoga later this month. And we’ve got tickets for a lucky Well+Good reader and a friend.

Zabel is a Renaissance Woman of the fitness world. She starting teaching Step Aerobics at 16 and has been teaching yoga for 14 years and Pilates for six. She also created Aziam, a line of yoga apparel sold in NYC at Reebok Sports Club and exhale on Madison Avenue.

Yoga Barre Flow, the class she’ll be teaching at Pure, was created 8 years ago. It’s her own personal blend of Ashtanga, Pilates, and barre work. The class will address every major and minor muscle group, promises Zabel, who was voted L.A.’s Best Yoga Teacher by L.A. Family Magazine.

Cost: The two-hour workshop is $35 for members and $40 for non-members.

Details: Pure East, March 19, 4:00–6:00pm; Pure West, March 20, 2:00–4:00pm
