   Doing the Great Spring Cleanse with friend & spin instructor Jodee! Glad to see it on the list, and at the “low” commitment level – I want to succeed!

   This will be my 3rd cleanse with Andrea and Hadley. First cleanse I lost 6 lbs and keep off all 6!! It has been about 1 1/2 years . Second cleanse I lost 9 lbs and keep 6 off, guess 6 is my number.
   However, being a client of Andrea’s, for the last 4 years, I have lost 30 lbs all together. Which is great.
   However the real reason I started under her care is that I am a diabetic. Since being with Andrea, I am off of all my medication, my sugar I normal, and I feel wonderful. She has also helped me to stop my osteio. without medication.
   She is the best
