It’s Monday—time to scour the Summer Wellness Guide and make plans for a healthy, fun-filled week. We’ve made it easy for you with these boot camps, yoga classes, and outdoor workouts in the park and on the piers—most of them free!

Monday, June 13: Try Fitness Fight Camp, a Muay Thai/kickboxing boot camp in Central Park, offered twice in the evening. Page 8.

Tuesday, June 14: Free evening Pilates mat classes on the pier at Brooklyn Bridge Park. Page 6.

Wednesday, June 15: Free after-work outdoor yoga with YogaWorks at Hudson River Park, and with Laughing Lotus in Chelsea. Page 4.

Thursday, June 16: Free evening outdoor yoga in Bryant Park with YogaWorks’ Chrissy Carter. Page 4.

Friday, June 17: Unwind after a busy week with healthy outdoor dining at Back Forty or Blue Hill. Page 13.

Saturday, June 18: Ride to Montauk and Cape May Point 5-Mile Run. Page 18.

Sunday, June 19: Attend a free morning Pilates or Tai Chi class in Socrates Sculpture Park in Long Island City, and then stay for free kayaking in Hallet’s Cove in the afternoon. Page 6 and 9.
