Need a holiday fitness plan? Check out ours!

When FITiST asked us to create a special holiday fitness plan, we were flattered. After all, it’s like the fitness version of getting a Stage Deli sandwich named after you.

The premise of FITiST is that many New Yorkers prefer the varied experiences that boutique fitness companies offer over one-stop gyms. So they bundle indoor cycling, Barry’s Bootcamp, AeroSpace, Virayoga, Re:Ab, and many other popular studios into monthly packages, delivering value (as long as you use all the sessions!) as well as an integrated booking experience.

We’ve always envied David Kirsch and other big-deal experts who’ve created several of FITiST’s goal-oriented classes fitness plans—cherry-picking the perfect boutique fitness studios classes.

So, we took this golden opportunity seriously, and curated the perfect one-month Well+Good plan for staying fit, motivated, and engaged during the holiday insanity.

What is the Well+Good Holiday Plan for FITiST?
The holidays require an extra cardio blast, some metabolism-boosting strength training, and regular yoga classes to stay centered and grounded, so we aren’t swearing under our breath as we battle holiday crowds. Add a massage, and the Well+Good Plan will get us all through the holidays in optimal shape, sanity still intact.

6 Performance (Barry’s Bootcamp is our first stop when we want results, or to burn off some serious holiday steam. We heart Keoni, Noah, and Joey, though all the instructors are pretty great.)

4 Cycle (We love that Flywheel now has showers, making a lunchtime class possible. Kate, Holly, and Aleah are our go-tos)

4 Yoga (No better way to chill out from holiday stress. We especially love Elena Brower’s class at Virayoga and Stacey Brass’s class at YogaMaya)

4 Core (Flybarre totally rocks. This super-sculpting barre class is the perfect complement to the performance and cycling classes)
Add-on: Sports Massage at Caudalie

For more info or to book the Well+Good holiday plan, which costs $475 (hey, you’re the most important person on your gift list), visit www.FITiST.com
