Christine Day has been CEO of the company since 2008--she was actually named CEO of the year in 2011 by a big business magazine--yet no one seems to know it. I totally agree that Chip removing himself further from the business is the best thing that could happen, but I do wonder how much of a difference it&#039;ll really make. He seems to call a lot of shots no matter what his title is. I used to love this brand, but every bit of news I hear about the company makes me cringe a little bit more :(]]></description>
