I have been into raw foods for nearly four years now but still experienced detox symptoms when doing the 100% raw cleanse. It’s good to reset the body every now and then! Plus it reminds you just how much food affects our body’s overall performance.

I think just adding green juices, so much yummier than I ever dreamed a green-colored juice would ever be, has done a lot for my already mostly-raw diet. I’m loving it.
