2. CAPOEIRA SUR L’HERBE

Let the soft grass padding underfoot embolden you to try this tough Brazilian practice, which combines dance, self-defense, acrobatics, and music. It’s held in Socrates Sculpture Park, Long Island City, every Saturday through September 30. Free.
