I find it really easy to run in Summer then not in Winter. Being in Sydney in Australia our humidity kills me. I tend to go to the air conditioned gyms more than I work out outside in the hotter months.

I am really wanting to pursue my running throughout summer so will use your tips for sure.

Heat rash is a thing I just can't stand!

I did my 5K race run in heat and it was the most exhausting experience. I normally go running first thing in the morning before the heat sets in, so I wasn't prepared for that.

Thanks for the tips! I'll definitely use them when preparing for my next race.

I love Bikram yoga...it is like a 90 minute massage. But I am like a sprinkler, the only way for me to handle the heat is to really hydrate pre-workout. Of course it probably didn't hurt that I grew up in the California Central Valley where the summer temperatures were 105 in the shade.
