3 super-fun healthy things to do this week

Every Monday, we’ll pick the week’s must-do summer activities—from outdoor yoga and fitness classes (many of which are free) to races and healthy outdoor dining. Most can be found in our Healthy Summer Guide, while others are newbies. Check back for each week’s top picks!

1. LIONS AND TIGERS AND MOVIES, OH MY!
Monday, July 2 @ 8 p.m. (lawn opens @ 5 p.m.)
You can’t spend all your time in the park doing yoga. Tonight, for a change of place, join Bryant Park as it plays host to the wonderful world of Oz—and the New Yorkers obsessed with it, Judy Garland, and “Wicked.” Free, www.bryantpark.org

2. POST-BBQ YOGA
Thursday, July 5 @ 6:30 p.m.
Stretch out your kabob-stuffed body with YogaMaya instructors at the 14th Street Park in Chelsea, between 10th Avenue and the West Side Highway. Free, www.yogamayanewyork.com

3. TAKING IT TO THE TREES
Saturday, July 8 @ 9 a.m.
You could race the loop of Brooklyn’s Prospect Park, or you can sit under one of its shady trees come Saturday morning. Jaya Yoga is hosting its last meditation class of the summer, which should help you chill out, and may improve your running and training time. $14, www.jayayogacenter.com
