After the shortest hiatus ever, scandal-plagued yogi John Friend is done self-reflecting. Yoganonymous reports that Friend is back with a new method he calls “The Roots” and lots of upcoming workshop dates around the country.

Kris Carr shut down her popular blog, Crazysexylife.com, this week and will be launching a new site, KrisCarr.com next week. The new site will focus more on posts from Kris herself, rather than content from guest contributors. We can’t wait to see what the wonderfully wacky wordsmith of wellness is up to.
