3 new juice bars open in New York
It’s getting really hard to keep up with New York’s thirst for green juice.
This week, Juice Press opened the doors to a new location on Greenwich Avenue and Eighth Avenue in the West Village, and the company lists nine more in the works.
Meanwhile, Organic Avenue opened a new 1,000-square-foot Midtown pop-up location on Broadway between 53rd and 54th Streets, and Juice Generation is finishing up construction on a new storefront on Eighth Avenue between 57th and 58th, which will open on December 12.
This comes on the heels of the bespoke juice bar opened by Apotheke’s Heather Tierney this month. At this point, we’re thinking the past year’s juice boom may have just been a warm-up.
I love that these green juice is becoming so much more accessible and available. Just hoping some outposts are planned for Tribeca soon. Would be great to be able to walk a few steps out my front door and pick up some organic green juice!

Huge Juice Press fan here, and I am so excited that they’re opening up an new store near my place. I hate having to go all the way across town for my daily juice fix. My friends say their bars have a too-cool-to-care attitude, and that the waiters seem ‘inaccessible’, but truth be told, I’m there for the juice only! Thanks for the update!
