My Favorite Green Juice Recipe: Joel Harper

The New York City-based trainer keeps his clients (and himself) workout-ready by staying hydrated and fueling up with this energizing green juice.

“It’s loaded with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, and chlorophyll,” Harper says.

Joel Harper’s Energizing Green Juice

1 pear
1 handful of kale
1 cucumber
1 carrot
1 celery talk
1/2 yellow pepper
1 handful of broccoli
1 handful of parsley
1 collard leaf
1 tomato
1 lemon

Blend, then stir in:

1 tablespoon flax seed
1 tablespoon chia oil
1 tablespoon lecithin (Harper likes Natural Soya Lecithin Granules)
