Cafe Blossom
Blossom NYC’s vegan empire is solidified with this sixth location (including a bakery that also opened just this month) on cozy Carmine Street in the West Village.
The new spot has special features like a “candelit grotto and fireplace” and a mostly original menu that classifies entrees as either “plates” or “boards.”
Items we can’t wait to try? The wok-fried mushroom salad with cilantro and toasted pumpkin seeds (plate) and the “cheddar” sliders made with seitan and mushroom patties (board).
The vegan restaurant, which is ironically right across from Fatty Cue!, opened for dinner on March 20, and plans to start serving lunch next Wednesday, March 28.
