Rouge Tomate

It’s the city’s most health-conscious Michelin-star-rated restaurant, thanks to executive chef Jeremy Bearman and in-house culinary nutritionist Kristy Lambrou, who draw flavor out of the uber-clean menu ingredients instead of adding butter and salt.

The omnivore-friendly tasting menu ($115) comes with a glass of rosé champagne and three courses. One of the entrees, Black Winter Truffle Risotto with parmesan, squid ink, and Madeira, will set you back a delicious 231 calories. Pleasure without the guilt.
