Farm-to-table fare from the city’s best chefs

On Tuesday night, all of New York’s biggest slow food advocates came together at Sotheby’s for the second annual Art of Farming dinner, with proceeds benefiting GrowNYC and The Sylvia Center.

The heirloom vegetable auction was meant to be the highlight of the event.

But the menu—curated by ABC Kitchen’s Dan Kluger and populated with dishes from the city’s best farm-to-table chefs—truly stole the show.
