In 2012, New York City yogis looking for a spot to roll out their mats will have more options than ever—especially downtown.
Even as the recession lingers, causing two studios to close last fall—Sankalpah and Yoga Sutra—the city’s gained more than twice as many new ones.
And lest you think the city’s all set for high-quality yoga classes, each newcomer adds a special something to the yoga-studio skyline.
