A lot of New York City women are adding a little ruffle to their running route.
Running skirts or skorts that resemble old-school tennis skirts, are keeping runners cool as they lap the Central Park Reservoir or scale hills in Prospect Park.
We asked our readers to weigh in on this fitness fashion trend. And while some were loudly anti-skirt (i.e. “YUCK”), the majority are embracing this feminine and functional alternative to running shorts and capris.
