Yoga for Runners and Athletes
Join us for Yoga for Athletes on the second Saturday of every month at JackRabbit Sports 14th Street.
These free in-store yoga classes address the unique concerns of runners, triathletes, and cyclists.
“Yoga is a natural complement for any kind of athletic training—it opens up and lengthens overused muscles, releases lactic acid, and protects joints and increases range of motion,” says Alie Carey, a YogaWorks instructor and frequent series teacher.
Please note: These classes are BYOM (bring your own mat); mats are available to purchase if you don’t have one. Also, class takes place prior to store opening at 14th Street.
