The vision: Body & Eden’s “tonics” aren’t really juices, they’re herbal tea infusions blended in a Vitamix with fresh fruits, veggies, and superfoods sourced from local farms.
“They’re more of a raw, live vitamin,” says co-founder Aubrey Levitt. Flying off the shelves is I Have Energy, a mild, scrumptious green tonic.
